Massive Paint Job at Smallbrook Warrior Stadium Gets Stu Clelland’s Magic Touch
Stu Tackles Forth Bridge-Sized Challenge
Stu Clelland, 49, a true Team Warrior legend, has taken on a colossal task at Smallbrook Warrior Stadium. The loyal 1-based fan has been a staple at Team Warrior work parties since they kicked off last October. His latest mission? Painting the entire main stand — a job that felt like painting the Forth Bridge, but he nailed it just in time for the new season.
From Sponsors’ Seats to the Entire Stand
“After we spruced up the back of the pits, the sponsors’ seating area needed a refresh,” Stu explained. “But then it snowballed. With Kev Shepherd and my son Jack by my side, we ended up tackling the whole stand. It was a real labour of love to get it looking perfect for the season start.”
Team Spirit Shines Bright
The team was so impressed by Stu’s hard graft, they’ve already reserved his favourite grandstand seat, so he can watch the speedway action and admire his handiwork at the same time.
“The team spirit we have at the Team Warrior weekends is fantastic,” Stu added. “I recommend them to anyone looking to become a Warrior fan.”
