Double Tragedy in Battersea as Woman and Biker Die in Crash
Police are hunting witnesses after a fatal smash in Battersea that claimed two lives.
Horrific Crash on Battersea Park Road
At around 8.20pm on Friday, 30 August, emergency crews rushed to Battersea Park Road SW11 following a collision involving a motorcyclist and a pedestrian. A 34-year-old woman was found seriously injured and later died at the scene. The biker, a 40-year-old man, was rushed to hospital but sadly passed away shortly after arrival.
Identities Known, Families Notified
Officers say they believe they know who both victims are and are working to inform their next of kin. Post-mortem exams and formal ID checks will follow.
