Dog Attack Chaos on Mannock Drive Path

Drama erupted at 10.15am on Wednesday, 12 October, when a woman walking her dog was targeted by two off-leash dogs. The pair charged at her pet, attempting to attack it near Mannock Drive.

Victim Bitten Trying to Save Her Dog

As the woman tried to separate the dogs, they turned on her, snapping at her hands, wrists, and forearms. The shocking ordeal left her injured while struggling to protect her pet.

Owners Flee, Suspects Still at Large

The dogs’ owners finally arrived, leashed their animals, but then bolted towards the Howard estate. The dogs are said to resemble a Border Collie and a Boxer. Both men are described as being in their late 20s to early 30s, with brown hair, and one wearing glasses.

Police Appeal for Witnesses
