Public Confronts Man at Palace Pier
Around 1.30pm on Saturday, August 13, members of the public spotted a man behaving strangely near the Palace Pier. When challenged, the man gave his name as “Jamal” and claimed to be 24 years old — then suddenly took off.
Description and Flight
The man, described as in his twenties, was wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, and carrying a black rucksack. After he dashed off toward the Pier, police swooped in but couldn’t track him down.
