Northumbria Police have launched a public appeal to find a man caught in a horrifying upskirting attack on a 12-year-old girl in Masefield Drive on Thursday, August 29.

The shocking incident happened between 8:45pm and 9pm, when the suspect approached two young girls, lifted one girl’s dress, snapped a photo, then fled. The victim was left deeply shaken and reported the crime immediately.
Since then, cops have sifted through hours of CCTV footage and investigation to find the man seen near the scene at the time. Today, they released an image of a man who could hold key clues.
