Woman Trapped Under Car in Shocking Haymarket Crash
Emergency crews rushed to the scene of a serious road traffic collision in Central London’s Haymarket this afternoon. A woman was trapped under a car at the busy junction with Charles II Street around 4pm on Saturday, 21 June.
Rescue Operation Underway
London Fire Brigade sent multiple fire and rescue units alongside specialist paramedics. The woman was quickly freed and taken to hospital. Police confirmed her injuries are serious but not life-threatening or life-changing.
Met Police spokesperson: “Officers were called at 4.11pm following reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian. Enquiries continue.”
