Scumbag who Attacked Partner Nicked by Cops after Tip off
Officers investigating an assault in Emsworth at the weekend have confirmed with the victim’s family that an arrest has been made. Karl Gates, aged 26, from Havant is now in police custody and being questioned in connection with Spotted Portsmouth’s previous report and public appeal following the vile assault on 24-year-old Faye Sharpe in Cold Harbour Farm Road. Officers have spent four days making a range of enquiries into Gates’ whereabouts after he went to ground following the incident. The arrest comes after a tip off to the Police from a member of the public.
