Serious Head-On Crash Shuts Roads in Maidstone
A stretch of the A274 and Lester Road in Maidstone has been shut down after a nasty head-on collision tonight.
Ambulances and Emergency Crews Rush to Scene
The crash happened just after 5.30pm on Saturday. Four ambulances, a rapid response vehicle, a paramedic, and a critical care doctor were all scrambled to the scene. Kent Police officers are also there managing the chaos.
Roads Closed, Investigation Underway
- The road and Aldi entrance remain closed.
- Parts of the A274 are under police traffic control.
- Those involved are being checked for injuries.
- Police have launched an investigation into the cause of the crash.
