One lane on the M25 is still shut after a crash between a bulk tanker and a silver VW estate car.
The smash happened just after 6.20pm on Wednesday evening on the clockwise carriageway between junction 11 A3 Wisley Portsmouth Road and junction 11 Saint Peter’s Way near Addlestone, Surrey.
Emergency Crews Rush to Scene
Three crews from Surrey Fire and Rescue were quick on the scene to secure it. Highways England closed lane one of the clockwise side for safety.
Meanwhile, paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance treated the VW driver at the scene.
Traffic Chaos on Both Sides
Expect slow traffic going past the crash site. Drivers on both the clockwise and anticlockwise carriageways are crawling as they rubberneck the incident.
