Urgent: Missing Woman Last Seen Walking Towards Sea at St Annes
Katie, 22, has been missing from her Blackburn home since February 10. The last confirmed sighting was around 4.14pm near Pleasure Island, St Annes.
Drone Footage Shows Mysterious Figure Near Water
Following a public tip-off, police obtained drone footage from the beach taken shortly after Katie’s disappearance. The video shows a figure walking towards the sea along South Promenade at approximately 4.27pm. Although not confirmed, officers believe this could be Katie.
Police want anyone who was on St Annes beach at that time to come forward, especially if they have any images or videos that might confirm the figure’s identity. They are also trying to trace two people seen walking together near the pier around 4.20pm.
Katie’s Family Pleads for Help
“We have been overwhelmed by the support from the public, especially on social media. The communities in Blackburn, St Annes, and beyond have really pulled together. Please, if you have any information that could help police find Katie, get in touch immediately,” said Katie’s family.

- Hair: Long brown with blonde highlights
- Last seen wearing: Brown ‘teddy’ jacket and black leggings
