Three Teens Killed in Horrific Wakefield Car Crash

Deadly Crash on Bramley Lane

Three teenagers have tragically died after their car slammed into a tree near Wakefield on Friday night, West Yorkshire Police confirmed. Emergency crews rushed to Bramley Lane near West Bretton at around 8.30pm but found the black Seat Ibiza had fatally collided with the tree.

Passengers and Driver Die at Scene

The victims include an 18-year-old driver and two passengers aged 19. Police said two other men in the vehicle survived but were rushed to hospital. One remains in critical condition with life-threatening injuries while the other’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Videos

The car was heading towards Wooley when it left the road and crashed. Officers from the Major Collision Enquiry Team (MCET) are investigating the cause and have called for witnesses or anyone with footage of the crash to come forward.

“This is a tragic incident which has resulted in the loss of three lives and a fourth person suffering critical injuries,” said Detective Chief Inspector James Entwistle.

The investigation continues as police seek information to understand what caused the fatal crash.
