Tragic Smash on M26 Claims Two Lives

Collision investigators are hunting for witnesses after a fatal crash on the M26 motorway. At around 1pm on Thursday 15 October 2020, a red LDV Maxus flatbed van with three men on board smashed into a grey DAF articulated lorry near junction 2A by Wrotham.

Two Dead, One Critical After Horror M26 Crash

Police confirmed two men from maidstone/" title="Maidstone" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Maidstone, aged in their 20s and 40s, died instantly at the scene. The third occupant was rushed to hospital in critical condition. The deadly collision has left the local community shaken.

Kent Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is urgently investigating the crash. Officers want anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage of the M26 near junction 2A to come forward.
