A heating engineer cruising down the Hampshire M3 was snapped reading a national newspaper – while driving at just 40mph. One stunned motorist spotted the man in his white van with the newspaper spread right across his steering wheel, oblivious to the chaos he was causing.

Caught in the Act, Then Tossed the Paper
When finally caught red-handed, the van driver casually threw the newspaper onto the floor and carried on. His reckless stunt could have caused a serious crash – but thankfully, no one was hurt.
