Police Bust 50-Plant Cannabis Farm Above Warminster Eatery

On Friday night (19 December), police raided an East Street property in Warminster and uncovered a sprawling cannabis farm with around 50 plants growing right above a local restaurant. The haul didn’t stop there – officers also seized bags of cocaine and several mobile phones tied to the operation.

Second Warrant Uncovers Cannabis and Magic Mushrooms

Later the same evening, cops carried out another search at a Primrose Walk address. This raid turned up drug paraphernalia, along with small amounts of cannabis and magic mushrooms, ramping up the crackdown on local drug supply.

Cash, Designer Coat, and Phones Nabbed in Westbury Sweep

Meanwhile, officers swooped on a property in Mantell Close, Westbury. They confiscated a large sum of cash, a designer coat, and several mobile phones as part of the investigation into drug-related activity.

Five Arrested in Major Drug Operation Targeting Class A and B Offences

  • A 46-year-old man and 29-year-old woman were arrested for suspected cannabis production (Class B drug).
  • A 27-year-old man and 25-year-old woman face charges including possession, cannabis production involvement, and handling criminal property.
  • A 57-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of supplying a Class A drug.
