Woman Found Dead in Car on Quiet Erith Street
A woman was found dead inside a vehicle on Sandcliff Road, near Church Road, in the typically peaceful Erith neighbourhood. The grim discovery occurred just before 10:30am on November 10.
Police and Ambulance Called to Scene
Officers from the Metropolitan Police and crews from the London Ambulance Service rushed to the scene. Despite their efforts, the woman was confirmed dead shortly after arrival.
Met Police Say Death Not Suspicious
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called by LAS at 10:24 hrs on Sunday, 10 November, to the sudden death of a woman in a car in Erith. This is not being treated as suspicious.”
