Met Office Warns of Thick Fog This Afternoon and Evening
The Met Office has slapped a fog warning on for this afternoon and tonight, expecting serious travel chaos.
Dense Fog to Hit Kent, Essex and South East During Rush Hour
Mist and fog patches will form fast from 4pm, spreading wide by midnight. Some areas will see very dense fog, especially during the evening rush hour in Kent, Essex, and across the South East.
Travel Disruption Almost Certain
Fog could stick around into tomorrow afternoon in some spots, then return again by evening. The Met Office says travel disruption is very likely, so motorists should brace themselves.
Fog warning is active from 4pm Tuesday until 2am Wednesday.
