A kebab delivery driver in Havant has been caught red-handed swiping a handbag left on a doorstep. The cheeky thief didn’t reckon on CCTV cameras watching his every move.
Handbag Snatched During Evening Delivery
The homeowner and his partner were out for the evening. When they returned, they found Sophie’s handbag, left outside their front door, had mysteriously disappeared.

Instead of delivering the bag as expected, the Sophie Kebab delivery driver grabbed it and legged it. Luckily, CCTV cameras recorded the entire sneaky stunt.
“My partner Ad dropped her handbag at my front door, then the Sophie kebab delivery driver picked it up and stole it instead of handing it to me,” said the furious homeowner. “He didn’t bargain on CCTV.”
Police Now on the Case
