Farewell to Del after 30 years public service

A Watch Manager has retired after more than 30 years serving the people of London. Del Richards joined the Brigade in 1986 and was posted to New Cross Fire Station before being promoted to Leading Firefighter at Westminster. He also served as Sub Officer and Station Officer at Westminster. Del spent six years working in training before finishing his career at Soho and finally on Lambeth’s blue watch as Watch Manager. He celebrated his last day with his crew at Lambeth. Thanks for your service and enjoy your retirement Del!
