Man charged after ploughing into group in Romford
Detectives investigating an incident involving a car that was believed to have taken place in the Romford area before being circulated on social media have charged a man. Michael Fasan, 28 of Kidman Close, Romford was charged on Thursday, 23 August with attempted murder, dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance. He will appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 24 August. Two other men who were arrested as part of the investigation have been released under investigation.
