Manhunt on for Shaquan ‘Shacks’ Brooks After Prison Recall Breach
Police are hunting 24-year-old Shaquan Brooks, aka ‘Shacks’, who’s gone AWOL after breaching his licence conditions. He’s wanted on a recall to prison.
Whereabouts Unknown – But He’s Linked to Essex Towns
Shaquan was last spotted in Tilbury and has known connections to Grays, Southend, and Dagenham. He stands 6ft 1in tall, sports dark brown cropped hair, and has a slim build.
