Cyclist Dies in Horror Crash with Car in Saffron Walden
Tragedy struck in Saffron Walden after a collision between a car and a bicycle left a man dead. The smash happened on Wenden Road at around 3.40pm today, Sunday 25 October.
The cyclist sadly died at the scene. Police have shut the road as they carry out a full investigation. Drivers are urged to steer clear of the area.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Officers are desperate for anyone who saw the crash or has CCTV or dash cam footage to come forward. If you have any information, call 101 and quote incident 785 of 25 October.
