Teen Stabbed to Death in Edgware Park Clash

A deadly fight broke out at Montrose Park, Edgware, on Monday evening. Police were called at 5.54pm after reports of a group of males brawling.

Officers found an 18-year-old stabbed inside the tennis court area. London’s Air Ambulance and paramedics rushed to the scene, but despite desperate efforts, the young man was pronounced dead at 7.19pm.

10 Arrested Over Violent Bank Holiday Brawl

Police have arrested 10 males aged teens to early 20s. They are held on suspicion of affray and murder. A crime scene remains sealed in the park as investigations continue.

Police Plea: Speak Up If You Saw Anything

Detective Chief Inspector Claire Hine said: “We know the park was busy with people enjoying the sunshine on the Bank Holiday when this horrific incident unfolded. We’ve spoken to several witnesses but need anyone with information, videos or images to come forward urgently. A young man has lost his life, and we must fully understand what happened.”

Detective Superintendent Barry Loader added: “Residents will see more police patrols after this tragedy. Our thoughts are with the victim’s family. Please speak to officers if you have anything that might help.”
