Armed Police called to Croydon after gang of males reported to be running around with weapons attack two men

Police were called at 7.59pm to Limpsfield Road, Croydon, to a report of a group of males fighting, some of whom were reported to be armed with weapons. Armed officers were among those who responded. Police spoke to two males at the scene who said they had been attacked by another group who had fled the scene prior to police arrival. An area search was conducted but there was no trace of the suspects. There were no reported injuries. No arrests.
