Manhunt On for William Cannon in Cumbria-Scotland Border Area
Police are hunting William Cannon, 32, from Carlisle. He is believed to be somewhere in north Cumbria or just over the border in southern Scotland. Officers have launched inquiries to track him down and are urging the public to help.
