Katie Price Slapped with Suspended Jail Term and Community Service

Judge Brands Katie ‘Above the Law’

District Judge Kelly didn’t hold back, telling Katie Price, “You seem to think you are above the law.” She handed down a 16-week prison sentence – but it’s suspended for 12 months.

Community Service and Rehab Ordered

On top of the suspended sentence, Katie must complete 100 hours of unpaid community work. Plus, she’ll attend 20 rehabilitation sessions as part of her punishment.

Driving Ban and Costs Add Up

Katie Price’s driving ban remains at two years. Thankfully for her, she won’t have to take an extended driving test.

The court also revealed that Katie still owes thousands in court costs from previous convictions. Before this hearing, she was £7,358 in the red.

Today, she was hit with an extra £213 in fees – made up of £85 court costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
