Last Seen in Islington – Now Missing for Nearly Three Years
Frank, 63, hails from the N1 area of Islington but frequently visited Hackney. He vanished without a trace after last being spotted at around 10pm on Saturday 28 August 2021. CCTV shows him walking along 123 quoting reference CAD 3224/13Nov21.
