Samuel is a Black teenager sporting a stylish skin fade haircut. When last seen, he wore black trousers, black shoes, a crisp white shirt, and a sky-blue tie. He also had on a shiny black coat and carried a black rucksack.
Where Could He Be?
Samuel has known links to London’s Thornton Heath and Purley areas. Police fear for his safety.
