Samuel hasn’t been seen since yesterday morning, and Police are worried.
He is described as a black adolescent with a skin fade haircut. He was last seen dressed in black pants, black shoes, a white shirt, and a sky-blue tie. He was also dressed in a gleaming black coat and carried a black rucksack.
He has connections in London’s Thornton Heath and Purley.
