One Fatality, Two Injured
Despite desperate efforts from paramedics and officers at the scene, a 23-year-old man—thought to be a front-seat passenger—was pronounced dead. Police investigations suggest a grey Audi A3 may have played a role in the crash. A 23-year-old woman, believed to be the Audi’s driver, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and is currently in custody for questioning.
The road remains closed following the collision as the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) digs for answers.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
