Breathalyser Blows a Whopping 120 – Legal Limit Is Just 35
Roads policing officers quickly stopped the vehicle. A breath test revealed the driver’s blood alcohol level was an eye-watering 120, more than three times the legal limit of 35.
Driver Arrested and Vehicle Seized
The driver was promptly arrested and is now in police custody while the Vauxhall Astra has been recovered.
