Warning Issued Over Dangerous Man Spotted in Rugby
A man believed to be a threat to young women was last seen near St Marie’s Catholic Church, Oak Street, Rugby at 7:29am on Wednesday, May 25. He has also been spotted around Rugby train station.

- 6ft 1in tall
- Slim build
- Known to use multiple aliases
Public Urged to Stay Alert
Joslin, the man in question, has a history of targeting young women and girls. Authorities warn he poses a serious risk and urge anyone who spots him not to approach but to call 999 immediately.
