Traffic Chaos: Major Diversion Route in Place
Follow the solid diamond diversion sign to avoid delays:
- At M4 Junction 13, leave the A34 and head west on the M4
- Stay on M4 to Junction 14, then take the roundabout exit onto A338 Ermin Street northbound
- Drive 10 miles to Wantage
- At the T-junction with A338 (Newbury Street/Ormond Road), turn right onto Ormond Road
- At the next T-junction with A417 (Charlton Road), turn right to join A417
- Continue 5 miles to Rowstock roundabout
- Take the 1st exit onto A4130 Abingdon Road
- Follow for 2 miles and rejoin the A34 northbound at Milton Interchange
