Teen left seriously hurt after hit-and-run in East Preston

A 13-year-old boy from Angmering was badly injured in a hit-and-run crash on March 12. Police are hunting the driver who fled the scene.

Collision on Sea Road sparks urgent appeal

The crash happened around 7pm on Sea Road when the teenage cyclist, heading north towards the railway line, collided with a silver-grey car driving west along Fairlands. The boy suffered serious injuries and was rushed to hospital. He has since been discharged and is recovering at home.

Driver fails to stop – cops want witnesses

Eyewitnesses say the driver did not stop after the collision. Police are now desperate to identify and speak to the motorist responsible. They’re also keen to talk to the occupants of a second vehicle who stopped to help at the scene.
