Kent Police responded to reports of fighting outside an address in Bargrove Road at around 9.30pm on Sunday 30 June 2024.
A 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital with an injury consistent with a stab wound and remains in a serious but stable condition.
Officers arrested an 18-year-old man at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder, who was later released on bail pending further enquiries.
Three further arrests were made on Tuesday 2 July as part of an ongoing investigation led by the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate.
Derrick Okoh, 18, of Brown Street, Gillingham, has since been charged with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon (a glass bottle).
Ezekiel Barnes-Naseno, 18, of Abbey Drive, Dartford, has been charged with the same offences but is alleged to have been in possession of a knife.
Both men have been remanded in custody and were due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 4 July.
An 18-year-old woman from London was arrested on suspicion of assisting offenders and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
