Detectives Seek Information on Upskirting Incident at Leeds Railway Station

Shortly before 6pm on Wednesday 17 July, a man who was standing behind a woman on an escalator took out his phone and began taking pictures or recording up her skirt.

Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help the investigation.
