Police have released a new CCTV image in their search for Hamish McEwan, a 53-year-old man who has been missing from Canterbury since Thursday, October 17, 2024.
McEwan was last seen in the Oaten Hill area of the city and is described as approximately 5ft 7ins tall, with dark hair, a beard, and glasses. Authorities have now obtained CCTV footage showing his attire on the day he disappeared.
He was wearing a cream cardigan, black cap, and black jeans when he was last spotted. Officers are concerned for his welfare and are appealing to the public for any information that could help locate him.
Anyone who may have seen Hamish or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact the police immediately by calling 999 and quoting reference number 19-0310.
