Urfan Sharif’s 40-year jail term for torturing and killing his 10-year-old daughter, Sara Sharif, will be reviewed by the Court of Appeal after the Solicitor General labelled it “unduly lenient.” The horrific abuse that Sara suffered was described by the judge as nothing short of “torture.”

A Child’s Nightmare in Woking

Sara endured years of brutal abuse at her home in 123. She said:

“Sara was always smiling; she had her own unique character. The only thing I had left to give to my daughter was a beautiful Catholic funeral. To this day, I can’t understand how someone can be such a sadist to a child.”

Olga revealed she is under constant psychological care and depends on sedatives to cope with the trauma.

Judge Condemns “Regime of Terror”

Mr Justice Cavanagh described the abuse as a “regime of terror.” He said Sharif was motivated by “ego and a thirst for power” over the brave, “feisty” Sara:

“Sara stood up to you. I have no doubt your ego and self-importance was boosted by the power you wielded over her.”

The judge slammed Batool for putting her own interests above saving Sara and called Malik’s defence “preposterous.”

Prison Violence Hits Sharif

Sharif was attacked at HMP Belmarsh on New Year’s Day by two inmates armed with a tuna tin lid. He suffered deep cuts to his neck and face. Sources say the attack was due to the nature of his gruesome crimes.

Calls for Justice and Family Court Scrutiny

The case has sparked fresh demands for tighter scrutiny of family court decisions relating to Sara. Activists are urging greater accountability to prevent such tragedies.

The upcoming sentence review will keep this shocking case in the spotlight – with the nation watching closely for justice that truly matches the horrific crime.
