Victim Gets Emergency Care
After a tense hour, an ambulance arrived to take the cyclist to hospital. An ambulance spokesperson confirmed:
“We were called at 17:15 to a road traffic collision involving a pushbike and a car on the West Street Roundabout. We sent a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance crew who treated a cyclist for a back injury. He was treated at the scene and has been taken to QA Hospital in Cosham.”
