Milton Keynes Man Locked Up for 16 Years Over Child Sex Crimes

A 48-year-old man from Milton Keynes has been slammed with a hefty jail term for horrific sex offences against children. Mark Gale was convicted at Aylesbury Crown Court on Monday, 23 July, following a five-day trial.

Shocking Crimes Come to Light

Gale was found guilty of:

  • Raping a girl under 13
  • Attempted rape of a girl under 13 (two counts)
  • Causing or inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity
  • Sexual assault of a girl under 13

The offences, involving two victims, took place between July 2017 and February 2024.

Detective Praises Victims’ Bravery

Detective Constable Victoria McEwen, from Thames Valley Police’s Child Abuse Investigation Unit, said:

“The sentence reflects the severity of Gale’s crimes against two children. He has never admitted guilt or shown remorse. I want to thank the victims for their bravery in coming forward and giving evidence. Their courage has put a dangerous man behind bars, protecting other children from harm.”
