Coles Caught Red-Handed with Packs of Heroin and Crack
Last November 6, police swooped on Ashwood Court and found Coles hiding drugs in her cardigan pocket. A quick search revealed wraps containing 65 bags of heroin and 69 deals of crack cocaine. Her phone messages showed she was actively supplying these drugs around the area.
Guilty Plea and Swift Sentencing
Coles didn’t fight the charges. She pled guilty to possession with intent to supply at an earlier hearing and was sentenced last week for her crimes.
Cop Issues Strong Warning to Dealers
“Illegal drugs bring misery on those who use them and on our communities,” said Detective Simon. “We will keep working with partners and the community to target drug suppliers. I hope this sentence deters others and reassures the public that we’ll hunt down offenders and protect our communities.”
