Serious Crash Shuts Brighton Road as Man Rushed to Hospital

Emergency services rushed to Eaton Place, Brighton, at 2:15pm following reports of a road traffic collision (RTC).
Man Collapses in Vehicle
The South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) attended the scene and treated a man who had collapsed inside a vehicle. Described as being in a serious condition, he was swiftly taken to the nearby Royal Sussex County Hospital (RSCH).
Road Closure and Investigation Underway
Sussex Roads Policing Unit have closed Eaton Place while they carry out a full investigation into the incident.
“They attended a man who had collapsed in a vehicle. He was in a serious condition and has been taken to the nearby RSCH,” said a spokesperson for the Ambulance Service.
