Newborn Baby Found Dead in Bag Outside Notting Hill Church
A shocking and heartbreaking discovery was made this afternoon in west London. The body of a newborn baby was found wrapped in a bag next to a bin outside a church in Notting Hill.
Emergency Services Responded
Paramedics from the 123 Ambulance Service rushed to the scene but, sadly, the infant was pronounced dead on arrival. The cause of death is currently unknown as police launch an investigation.
Police Appeal for Information
Joe Powell from 123 and Bayswater addressed local residents, saying:
“I know residents will be feeling deeply shocked and saddened about the incident on Talbot Road that took place earlier today. I have spoken with the police and they have my full support as they work to understand the circumstances surrounding this tragic situation. I encourage anyone with information to contact the police.”
