Man Shot Dead in Wolverhampton – Murder Probe Underway

West Midlands Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was fatally shot in Wolverhampton in the early hours of Wednesday.

Fatal Shooting Rocks Graiseley Neighbourhood

Officers rushed to Lilleshall Crescent, Graiseley, shortly after midnight following reports of gunfire. A 30-year-old man was found at the scene and pronounced dead almost immediately.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

  • Investigators are urgently questioning witnesses and scouring CCTV footage.
  • A dedicated website is now live for the public to upload dashcam or mobile footage linked to the incident.
  • Anyone with information is urged to call 101 quoting log 50 of 25 October.

“Our thoughts are with the victim’s family today, and they will be getting all the support we can give them,” said Chief Inspector Richard Evans.

“We know this will cause real concern in the community, so we will have extra officers on patrol to offer reassurance and listen to people’s worries.”
