Three 16-year-old boys from Hounslow are now behind bars after a deadly stabbing in Feltham rocked the community. One teen faces murder charges. The other two are accused of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.
Feltham Horror: Teen Murder Shakes Local Town
On Monday, 12 January, police raced to Victoria Road, Feltham, after a stabbing report at around 5pm. Officers, backed by london/" title="London" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">London Ambulance and Air Ambulance teams, found 18-year-old Maliki Sharma suffering multiple stab wounds. Despite desperate efforts, Maliki died in hospital.
A well-known local, Maliki was loved by many. His family now gets support from specialist officers.
Three Teens Charged and Remanded
- One 16-year-old charged with murder appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on 14 February and was remanded in custody. His next hearing is at the Old Bailey on 17 February.
- The other two 16-year-olds, charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, faced Wimbledon and Uxbridge Magistrates’ Courts. Both were remanded to youth detention and will also appear at the Old Bailey on 17 February.
New Charges in Related Case
In a linked investigation, 19-year-old Rhys Huskinson from Feltham was initially charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon. On 12 February, his charges were upgraded to attempted grievous bodily harm. He remains in custody and will appear at Isleworth Crown Court on 11 March.
Police Promise Action as Community Demands Justice
Detective Chief Inspector Allam Bhangoo said: “My thoughts remain with Maliki’s friends and family during this unimaginably difficult time. We understand this has been distressing for the local community. Residents can expect to see an increased police presence over the coming days.”
The investigation is ongoing as police tighten their grip to bring justice for Maliki Sharma and restore calm to Feltham.
