Armed Police Arrest Four After Dramatic Shard End Sting
West Midlands Police made a bold move last night, arresting four suspects and seizing a firearm during a traffic stop in Shard End.
Firearms Officers Stop Car on Berrowside Road
Just before 9pm, firearms officers pulled over a vehicle on Berrowside Road. Three suspects were dragged into custody on the spot – an 18-year-old man, a 42-year-old woman, and an 18-year-old woman.
A fourth suspect, a 47-year-old man, was arrested shortly after at a nearby address.
Four Held Over Firearms and Supply Claims
All four are now held on suspicion of possessing and potentially supplying firearms. Police stressed the probe is ongoing and far from wrapped up.

Extra officers are on the beat in Shard End today, reassuring residents and keeping a watchful eye.
