Sussex Police are appealing for information following a series of criminal damage incidents at the Co-Op store on St George’s Road, Kemptown, Brighton. Between 17 February and 9 April, the store’s windows and glass door panels were smashed on four separate occasions during early morning hours.

Repeated Damage Reported

The Co-Op was targeted at approximately 2am on 17 February, 3.15am on 15 March, 3.25am on 30 March, and 3.55am on 9 April. Police believe all incidents are linked and have launched enquiries into the damage.

Suspect Identification Sought

Investigators are working to identify and speak with a man believed to be connected to the incidents. Officers urge anyone who recognises him or witnessed the attacks to come forward.

Sussex Police are appealing for relevant CCTV, doorbell, or mobile phone footage that may assist their enquiries. Members of the public can report sightings or provide evidence online or by calling 101, quoting serial 116 of 09/04.
