Five Attacks Spark Police Crackdown
A 22-year-old Didcot man has been arrested on suspicion of five counts of sexual assault. The incidents shook the quiet town earlier this week.
Four Attacks in One Day
- Four assaults took place on Tuesday, November 10
- One assault occurred on Thursday, November 12
Police Keep Up Pressure
Detective Sergeant Nathan Adby of Abingdon police station said: “We continue to investigate these incidents of sexual assault, and officers have now made an arrest of a man in connection with them.”
He added: “A police presence will remain in the community as officers carry out reassurance patrols.”
