A 32-year-old man is in custody after a pregnant woman was brutally stabbed to death in her home, police have confirmed.

Ms McNally, also 32 and 15 weeks pregnant, was found stabbed multiple times in her Silverwood 1 area house on Sunday. The tragic attack has shocked the local community and left family and friends devastated.
Double Tragedy Strikes Ahead of Christmas
Detective Chief Inspector John Caldwell spoke of the heartbreaking loss:
“This fatal attack, which happened in her own home, has resulted in a double tragedy: the loss of a mother-to-be, along with her unborn baby.”
“What should have been a happy time in the run-up to Christmas has turned into unimaginable grief and heartache.”
The PSNI confirmed the suspect is being questioned at Musgrave Serious Crime Suite as the investigation continues.
