Tragedy struck late Friday night at Wycombe Abbey School when a 16-year-old girl was found dead.
Late-Night Discovery at Prestigious School
Police were called to the elite Wycombe Abbey School in High Wycombe, just an hour north of London, at around 11.40pm on April 21. Officers discovered the teenager’s body shortly before midnight.
Death Ruled Unexplained But Not Suspicious
Thames Valley Police confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious. The cause remains unknown, and an official file has been handed to the coroner for further investigation.
“Thames Valley Police was called to the Wycombe Abbey School at around 11.40pm on Friday (21/4) after a 16-year-old girl was sadly discovered to have died,” the force said.
The shocking incident has left the school community and local area in mourning as investigations continue.
