Woman Sexually Assaulted and Robbed in Southwater
Police are urgently hunting witnesses after a 19-year-old woman was attacked in Southwater on the night of Saturday 14 October.
Attack Details and Suspect Description
The victim was approached at around 10.30pm near Cedar Drive. She was sexually assaulted, robbed of cash, and suffered injuries serious enough to need medical treatment.
An EFIT image of the suspect has now been released. Police describe him as a black man, about 5ft 11in tall, with facial hair. He was wearing a black tracksuit, black shoes, and a black and red puffer jacket.
Call for Witnesses and CCTV Footage
Officers want anyone who saw a man matching this description in the area at that time to come forward. They’re also keen to view any CCTV, doorbell, or dash cam footage that may shed light on the incident.
