Man Stabbed in Groin During Fight in East London

A man in his 30s has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the groin amid a violent scuffle on Barnsdale Avenue, near Sherwood Gardens in East London.

Attack Sparks Police Response

Metropolitan Police were called to the scene at around 8:00pm on Monday, 23 June, following reports of a group fight in the E14 area. Officers found the injured man on arrival, though his exact condition has not yet been disclosed.

Investigation Underway

A Met Police spokesperson said:

“Police were called at 20:00hrs on Monday, 23 June. The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this stage.”

Detectives are currently reviewing CCTV footage and speaking to witnesses as they piece together what happened during the altercation.
